Overall (believe it or not) I've been pretty happy with my electric set up. I did however just replace the Gibson P-100's with some Stew Mac Golden Age P-90's and I could kick myself for not having done this years ago. They sound fantastic.

Prior to that I had not purchased anything for my electric set up for well over a year and the last thing I got was a Sarno Steel Guitar Black Box which is a fine piece of equipment right there.

I enjoy it. Getting used to acoustic archtop strings and action. WOW. Makes my acoustic feel like a toy.

A little palm muting and some inverted 5ths make me feel like I'm playing bass and guitar at the same time.
Greg's got a nice website. In addition to you guitar, his flattops look great too. How did you hear of him?

A while back, I was tossing around the idea of a 7 string classical, archtop, or steel string. I talked to Edward V. Dick about these and was leaning towards the archtop. Greg German was his recommendation for the archtop and he had trained under EVD for a while.

Subtle volume control for my pedalboard. It enables me to keep my Strat and Les Paul at the same volume. I have it in the amp's FX loop, so I can hit the front of the amp with both guitar's volumes set to 10. I never liked the idea of boosting the strat or taming the LP at the amp's input.

It was a Korg phrase trainer that I traded my entire collection of Guitar Player dating back to '76 that I took everywhere I was stationed from '80-'01.

Apogee Jam.

So I can rock the EG-1 into a variety of amps and pedals while darn near anywhere on earth...self-contained...without bothering anyone!

I guess the last Electric Guitar related purchase was on March 4th when I bought a AXL AS-820-BR Badwater Electric Guitar from SoundsCheap Music during their closeout sale. Pretty nice antiqued Strat style guitar. Has character and sounds pretty good also.
