Lots of them.
Go to youtube.
Type "Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid.
Yes only four chords but the strumming needs to be almost perfect.

Having recently acquired my first Latina girlfriend, I'm making an effort to internationalize my appeal. I'm working on a few Gipsy Kings songs, including Caminando por la calle and Triste Pena.

The things we do for amor...

Acoustic versions of both
I had to chuckle at this because when I clicked on this link and saw your first post I had just started listening to Jason's 'I'm Yours' from the You Tube Live In London show - great song! I learned it year back.

Right now I'm learning two:

Ed Sheeran, 'I See Fire' (learned it in about 5 minutes, very easy - my version, at least!)
Pink, 'Glitter In The Air' (surprisingly very hard - the fast triplets are killing me!)

Hallelujah For The Cross, Newsboys.

We're doing it this Sunday morning (Easter, call to worship). I'll be fingerpicking my F-512 in a 60's style, kind of like Seekers or Kingston Trio sound, two singers (maybe 3), and we'll have another guitar and a Cajon I built. If we do it well and the video comes out good enough I'll post it.

I'm just leaning "Suicide is Painless" the Mash theme to add to my A minor medley.

Hiroshi Masuda's arrangement of 'Here Comes The Sun'. I've figured out the fingering and picking, but, it is going to take a while to get that tune up to speed.

I'm getting close on Kelly Valleau's arrangement of 'Blackbird'. While not quite the tempo I would like, it is passable now.

Default Two pieces I've arranged:

A medley of Gershwin's "Summertime" and "It Ain't Necessarily So" from Porgy And Bess, and "As Time Goes By." Both have been simmering in my head for a decade or more, but since I've been learning music theory they have emerged. I actually have the composition done, and just have to get them cleanly played.

I'm working on Billy Joel's "And So It Goes" based on Tommy Emmanuel's finger style version. However, being a singer primarily, and with no dream or chance of playing like Tommy, I leave out the tough parts.

I do Jockey Full of Bourbon (Tom Waits) as well! I can even play the intro and main solo. Love it!

But right now I'm working on:

I don't wanna grow up (Tom Waits)
Rain Dogs (Tom Waits)
One (U2)
Only Love Can Break Your Heart (Neil Young)

All good clean fun.

Started learning "Im Yours" last week. Starting to really get the hang of it now. Still needs some work though.
