Default Slide Guitar - Kottke Style

Here's one that I learned recently and I just had so much fun learning and playing.

Hope you guys like it, it's a little lesser known Kottke piece but it's one of my favorites

Enjoy!

I think as the second poster you are still considered a trailblazer. I got to learn some more obscure stuff.

Thanks Mud, it's in Open C tuning, which is CGCGCE, it's an old tuning that Kottke uses quite alot along with Open G and others.

Thanks for listening

Nice playing Will. Good rhythm which is essential fo his music. I never could play the slide. The logical next step for you would be the 12-string, tuned real low ala Kottke, in open C!!

Your slide work is first class! However, your version of "Stars & Stripes Forever" had my jaw dropping! What a piece of music!

Kudos for a job well done!
