Smile Porchboard. FOUND ONE.

Found one on eBay. Thanks!

Hey gang. Happy Memorial Day to all...

Matt's post below for a mini porchboard got me thinking.

I could use a full size or small model for my studio. Anyone not using one? And any AGF reviews would be appreciated too!!!

Cheers

Paul

Smile Kick box blues...

Thanks Alan and Dennis for your bumps!

I have gone through about 15 different kick boxes in my long and less than illustrious career. So far, I have had the best results with an antique wooden Samsonite briefcase, with a bass drum microphone inside. It is a useful place to stash an extra microphone, cables, and small extra items for plugged gigs...

And it sounds pretty darn good, but you do have to be careful about overloading the mic!

I am also one of the few people I know who select gig footwear based on tone !

Haha.

Still hoping to get some reviews from AGF members !

Anybody not using one of these?

Cheers

Paul

Smile Matt found one here... I found one on eBay.

GOT ONE, thanks

Matt says he found one here! Way to go!

Still hoping to find a porchboard bass at a more reasonable price from a fellow AGFer who is not using it!

Thanks all

Cheers

Paul
