Songs in the key of Z
Post songs with highly unorthodox rhythm, themes and/or musicality.
Here’s my choice. I think it fulfils all of the above criteria. |

That actually hurt to listen to.

Sounds like it belongs in a 50s/60s crime thriller.
A little unsettling..no doubt intentionally. It works.

I think that this one qualifies... though, admittedly, I am a big fan of Mike Keneally... he is a superb guitarist/artist.

Me ol wifey sez: "Are you singing in the key of L again!?" What? The key of L...what do you mean? She sez; 'Cause you sound like L"!

I used to say I sang in the Gillette key (B#). Not many got it then either.

On the more normal side of strange, I have always been a fan of "What Time Is It?" by Ken Nordine: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1_hdeT4BaRo
Probably the strangest I've heard that I still find interesting to listen to is "VI Scose Poise" by Autechre, which mostly sounds like a ball bouncing around inside of your head: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kQU0KvDrKJA |
