Default 1950's Airline Archtop

Hey all,
I'd like to submit my archtop for discussion. I don't know much about this brand, other than Airline was the Montgomery Ward brand of guitars. This instrument is in pretty good shape, the action is a little high (from what I've experienced, this is common).
Does anyone here have any knowledge about this model or the Airline line?

Make sure you're wearing your argyle sweater when wearing it.

I like that maple neck. You can lower the action by removing the nuts from the bridge.

How does it sound?

It's not as warm and deep as a higher-end archtop but it does have a nice tone to it.
I like to believe this was some 50s kid's first guitar, picked out of the Monkey Wards catalog and he thought this was the coolest thing he'd ever own.
