Default Amateur feedback

Hey everyone, hope you're all having a fantastic day

This is my first time posting here, and I want as much advice/feedback as possible

I've just started recording stuff to try out the sound, among other things.

I'm a relatively new guitar player, started last year. I have such a long long way to go, and I'm just beginning to embrace this long journey!

I want your feedback on something I recorded on the fly. I've made plenty of mistakes, especially towards the end. Like really big mistakes.

I have trouble fixing these particular mistakes, even though I've been practicing a lot these few weeks.

Feedback (negative and positive) would greatly be appreciated!

Welcome to the forum. You might better place this on the Play section of the forum.

Slow it down until you can control the volume and tempo on each string and on each note.

The melody notes should stand out from the rest.

Attention to fingernail shape and length can help a lot.

Gotcha, thanks for the advice!

I'm about to enlist in the army, so I can't really have big finger nails sadly...So far, been only using flesh.

Hopefully when I'm done, I'll have more time to take care of it!
