The burst in the photo is a very bad example of a burst. For good examples of what a quality burst looks like, look at Gibson guitars or even better Collings guitars. I like some bursts, but usually prefer seeing the natural wood.

I ended up ordering the sunburst one. I was worried that there would be runout if i got the natural one. Yamaha FGX730sc Brown Sunburst

The natural finish is the one I think looks better... that's an ugly sunburst, in my opinion...

I HAVE seen wonderful looking 'bursts on acoustic guitars, and not just on Gibsons... but I don't fancy that particular one.

I was inclined to vote Burst but when I opened the links and saw they were both cutaways I would vote for C (hate the look of a cutaway on acoustics) but that's just me.

I ordered the brown sunburst version of the Yamaha Fgx730sc. The reason I didn't order the natural is that I was worried that there would be a large amount of runout. If There are any people who own or have seen the brown sunburst version of this guitar, I would really appreciate to hear your opinions of the finish and look of the guitar.
