For sale is my Eastman AC712 I purchased new a couple of years ago. It's a great sounding, playing, and looking guitar, but I've got to clear out some of my babies due to both size (no more room!) and wife :-) constraints.

It's in fantastic shape and has no imperfections that I can find to photograph. When not played she's been kept in her case and humidified.

Original hardshell case is included as well and is in great shape as well.

I have a Slothead version of this guitar and it sounds huge! Eastman makes a big sounding guitar and it has a wonderful complexity. Great guitar and great price!
