Sat down this afternoon to dial in a new piece of gear and tried some of these solutions.
The DI box with ground lift made no change. Then, while working on some cabling, I learned that THE GUITAR made no difference. It did it without the guitar even being plugged in. I'm pretty convinced that this is bad power. I'm using a one-spot to run two EQs and three tuners. When I used three PADIs running off phantom power, this was never an issue. I found a magic combination of plugging in power right out of Apollo 13 that has only a minor issue, so I'm set for my gig tonight. Going to pick up a better power supply and see if that helps. Now I just have to figure out where to mount the thing....

Looks like the new power supply solved most of the problem. At one point, very quietly, I could hear the guitar picking up some kind of signal—one that went away if I muted the guitar—but it was MUCH more faint than before.

I hate to keep reviving this thread, but I just got home from a gig where it happened again—just as pronounced and annoying as any time before.
Tomorrow, I'm taking the guitar in to the tech who installed the system to see if something's wrong in there.

You may be experiencing the "antenna effect" based on the length of your guitar cable. I will sometimes have this happen with my electric guitar. When it does I simply swap out my cable to a different length. It works fixes the problem every time (and no, I don't have a bad cable in my stash).
I keep my cables short, so I usually have a 10' between my amp and tuner and a 10' or 12' between my tuner and guitar.

I'm playing three different instruments on any given night (guitar, banjo, mandolin) and I keep three 6' cords in my pedalboard case, so I probably use a different cable every night. I've also swapped out the cord for my guitar in the past to no effect.
There's definitely some kind of antenna effect happening; it doesn't happen when I play in remote places (i.e. a ski resort on the top of a mountain) and does happen when I play an urban area (i.e. downtown Salt Lake City). I'm going to take it to my luthier today when I have a little break at work. Luckily, I recently purchased a decent backup guitar (a great little Pono) that I can use at my next gig on Saturday.

Try using a 10' or 12' instead of swapping between different cords of the same size. This will often fix the problem if it is the antenna effect. Also, vary your guitar's position in relation to your speaker.

I've tried it with other cables, as well, and the issue persists. I've taken everything out of the signal chain and the issue persists.
My spot on the stage in relation to the speaker is almost always different. I ordered a JJB rig to replace this one. It doesn't sound as good, but it's better than sounding like I'm picking up an NSA code station. It's a real shame, since I'm really happy with the B-Band. I run JJBs in the other instruments I play, so I know it won't have the issue.

Just did a soundcheck and did not have any trouble out of it. I'm bringing my entire menagerie of instruments down to see if I can recreate the problem.
Location seems to be part of it (downtown in an urban area vs where where I live). I'm starting to wonder if it could be one bad cord in the batch that only interferes with the guitar and not anything else.
