Default Crossing the Bar...

So many talented people have passed this year already...

The words to Crossing the Bar were written by Alfred Lord Tennyson...I think the tune we are using here may have been written by Rani Arbo ..

It is one of those songs that sticks in your mind after you've heard it a couple of times.

Jane is on vocals and keys , I'm on mandocello and harmonies.

Hope you like our version.

Very well done, Jane and Andrew. I love the harmonies you folks use and I especially liked the added harmonies toward the end. This was a very enjoyable listen all the way through the end!! Thanks for sharing it here.

Simply a wonderful song done very well and a joy to listen to.... thank you for sharing....

It states so beautifully how I feel and that time is quickly approaching....

I am at peace with the inevitable... and am thankful...

Jane has quite a beautiful voice. Solid accompaniment and backing vox. The two of you harmonize perfectly.
