Up for sale or trade is my 2008 Gibson J-185 EC. This guitar has a beautiful vintage sunburst finish over a AA Sitka spruce top and AA Eastern curly maple. I play quite a bit, so the condition is what you would expect from a well-taken-care-of gigging acoustic. There are no dings or dents but there are some scratches and buckle rash. Fret wear is minimal and the OHSC is in excellent condition. The guitar is always in its humidified case when not in use. This Gibson comes with the Fishman Aura Pro system, which allows you to blend the amplified sound between an under-sadddle pick-up and an acoustic imaging program that has been specifically set up for this guitar. It's a pretty neat set up, and I haven't had any issues with feedback on stage. The guitar sounds amazing plugged in or unplugged and really cuts through the mix well. I'm looking for an even trade and would prefer something in the Taylor 600 series, 614ce, 615ce, 616ce, GS6e, GA6e, or DN6e. I'm really only interested in models with the NT neck and ES. Bump. This guitar is great at punching through the mix onstage. I can hear it over bass and drums even when I'm not plugged in!
