YouTube Recording Setup?
What is the equipment that you use to record a YouTube video?

I use a Sony Cybershot that shoots HD and has built-in stereo mic.
You can also record the audio separately into an audio recorder or your computer (with mics and audio interface) and then mute the camera's audio and add the edited audio recorded with the computer.

I use an iphone 5SE, or my Ipad for the video, and for the sound I use either an Apogee MiC, or ... what I just started yesterday... my Shure SM58 through a Shure MVI into the ipad/iphone.
That video can then be sent right to Youtube.

I record on my ipad, taking a line from my mixer to the ipad for the audio. I edit the beginning and end, add a title and upload.

I've been through a number of simple "Zoom" products, laterst one being the Q4. Terrible barrel distortion . but the sound is OK, and the lens is tolerably bright.
