SOLD Cervantes Signature Crossover I Nylon Classical Guitar Lattice Spruce / Cocobolo
For sale is a Cervantes Crossover Signature. Built by Cervantes himself in California.
Specs / Info: -Lattice braced spruce top -Cocobolo body, lined with cypress (Love that straight grain in the cocobolo) -650mm Scale, 48mm nut -Soundport -Trussrod (Truss rod cover is included) I'm just going to gush on this one, because I feel like I've finally really committed to selling it: it sounds incredible to me, which has made it so difficult to offer for sale. It's a very loud, dynamic, articulate, modern sounding guitar. I haven't played one like it and in many ways I haven't had a nylon string I liked more. But, I am really wanting a wider nut and string spacing, and as they say a guitar is best when it's being played often. I'm asking 2600+shipping on this one, with payment method negotiable as long as I net the 2600. Sells with a hardshell case. More pictures here. Thanks for looking! Please feel free to ask me any questions. I should be able to provide references from two recent forum sales, and have also been on eBay for many years. Last edited by DLQ; 04-22-2017 at 06:57 PM. |

A fine guitar you have, I am very interested in latticed braced crossovers. I currently pay a much inferior crossover, but for now I'm not sure I could reach out to buy anything too expensive before offloading what I don't play anymore. One thing I am curious about yours:
What is the bridge spacing of the strings? and the shape of the neck?

Sirwhale, I measure 55mm string spacing and I'd say the neck is a slight D. Thanks!
