Default Bose S1

Got the latest digital edition of Acoustic Guitar Magazine today and it had an ad for a new Bose portable PA called an S1. The link from the ad took me to Bose but no S1 found. Did a google search and again nothing.

You guys seen this anywhere!

Tried the Imgur thing and the link doesn’t seem to be working. Any ideas?

Thanks for posting that! I was hoping for a Bose stick with a proper built-in mixer, but that looks interesting, good for them.

Nice to see more battery powered options. I have a Cube Street EX which is really nice, although I haven't really used it outside my home that much... but the plan is to do that the coming summer!

However, what I have used a lot, is running a Yamaha DXR10 from a 12 volt car battery and an DC-to-AC-inverter, and that setup is awesome... but heavy. I have used it a lot for playback music when dancing salsa with my friends outdoors in the summers here in Stockholm, and the sound and volume is amazing.

A really interesting battery powered option if you want something bigger is the the LD Systems Maui 5 Go. It's pretty new and I haven't seen any reviews yet, what are your thoughts on that one?

Cheers,
Per

It looks kind small for outdoor use, looks like a 6" woofer at most?

Actually I had no idea this was available and I needed to do this to post a picture. I thought the charter was mainly for a supplier of equipment and that was what/who supplied the funding/support for this forum.

Thanks for letting me know.
