I had the tip of a cable break off in one of my pedals. I called them and asked if it was possible to fix. They told me to send it in, and they fixed it quickly and returned it at no cost to me, even though it was not the pedal that was bad. That's great customer service. Thanks, Sweetwater.

I have learned that all retailers have products, many the exact same products. It is how they interact with their customers that sets them apart and rewards them with repeat and loyal customers. I have been very happy with all my interactions with Sweetwater
