In that vain consider first moving the desk and monitors a bit further out into room, close against the wall is probably the least optimum position . There are some distance formulas based on the actual room dimensions for better positioning

Then bass traps in the corners and and 2' by 4' by 4" thick corning 703 or rock wool absorber panels at the first reflection points and on the ceiling over the mix position

Nice looking setup - colorful. Regarding room treatment like KevWind said. Of course that does not matter regarding recording
the keyboards or for adding any synthed stuff like drum tracks. Would be a problem listening back through those monitors.
