What a great thread. I don't want to give it away too early but is it a famous British Les Paul guitarist who was once a session musician? I'm going off the Danelectro and Supro. Don't know about the Fender.

It might be too difficult as for example there are a lot of Les Paul players out there. This band is a bit more obscure though had some famous moments playing on the Tonight Show and Connan...

Here's his pedal board. I love how the over drive knobs are hot glued in place The other is a Tremulator tremolo pedal, a very important part of this bands surf sound. The Fender box BTW is a just a reverb tank.

LOL. A guy came out at the beginning of the show and put down drinks for each of the musicians. Rick (that was a hint) didn't have one sip.

Nice, even my girlfriend (now wife) never got me beers while I was playing. Even after the set was done, I had to go to bar and get it myself. Come to think of it, 23 years later, I still have to get my own beer from the fridge.

I was wrong - I thought it was Jimmy Page.

It's Rick Miller of Southern Culture on the Skids. If you ever get a chance to see them do it, such a great live band to see.

I was gonna guess Rory Gallagher based on the horrible condition of the guitar and the 4-leaf clover. He was known to play a Danelectro, though he usually played a Strat.

Rory has his own signature Strat and it's beat up, just like the original. He could really move around on the stage.

I love these guys/gal. I haven't listened to them in a long time though. Nice to see I'm not the only old fart who wears Vans un-ironically

The 4 leaf clover was because of St. Paddy's day
