For those of us who have played this rare specimen, it will forever be impossible to enjoy playing anything else. $6000 Martin? Piece of junk....

I bought a gross of those on ebay. Didn't care for them myself but my dog actually prefers them over his normal chews.

I splurged for the extra 1.2M and got the Gallium tuners, Thallium nut and spotted owl beak-bridge. The entire guitar is pre-aged to the tune of 8-10 million years by being submersed in boiling Saffron which requires 52,000,000 handmade saffron plants, about 12000 pickers, and dust from the tail of Haley's comet.

It's my beater.

Is it made with hide glue? I won't even look at a guitar if it's not made with hide glue -- and Tonerited for 59 hours. That's the ticket, oh, and torrefied top, has to be torrified. That's it. Oh, is any thing sinker on it. I won't even look at a guitar without something sunk under water for 100 years. And I want a Martin Custom Shop black case with one of those cool black shrouds. I think that's it. ...................Mike

I've seen those guitars before. They are called the "Vintage Legacy" and have a big "E" on the headstock. They have all been played by a student of one of the greatest guitarists of all time.

Put a Tonerite on it! It'll play better.

Also does yours have Estaban's signature? Mine does.

I may be interested - what color is the case liner, and does it have a name?
