Cordoba concert uke?
I'm going to try to learn the ukelele and musician's friend has a Cordoba concert uke priced at $100 No case or bag (purchase one seperately). Description says its built like a uke costing more, and points out the wood (can't recall) and the real abalone rosette.
Is this a good one? And what should I buy as a starter instrument that I won't out grow right away? Don't care much about looks so much as tone, playability and quality. |

I recently got into Ukes also. In my case I was lucky enough to get 4 and try 1 of each of the 4 main styles (soprano, concert, tenor, and baritone).
Some pics here http://www.acousticguitarforum.com/f...=358240&page=2 Having tried all 4 so far my personal preference has been the tenor uke. It has more space for my fingers while still retaining that uke sound (baritone is outside of normal uke sound to me and is different animal). I list the Ukes I got in the link above if interested. All were good example models IMO Last edited by Twilo123; 10-05-2014 at 05:15 PM. |
