Those are lovely, Fred. On spec or ordered? Scale lengths? I see their both strung in unisons. Tunings? Prices?

The Zouk is 24.9 which is about as long as I can reach playing melodies, and the OM is 22.5ish it is made with my 25.4 template cutting the nut at the second fret position. These are both available but am not real interested in selling the OM as I want to play it myself. The Zouk or my original one are available for $3,000 for the older one and 3500 for this one. I play GDAD tuning so that is what they are normally tuned but GDAE works well also. I prefer the G drone sound when playing backup and the D also makes some of my melody stuff work quite well. The OM needs larger strings than the Zouk to get enough power. Fred |
