NUGD 2019 Wee Lowden WL-22
This Wee Lowden arrived today:
https://www.flickr.com/photos/151621...res/o32c59FD59 It’s a lightly used 2019 model. Cedar over Mahogany. It has a factory fitted LR Baggs Session VTC. My 12 fret S35 sounds huge. This little Wee isn’t far off. For such a small box it really kicks out a huge, smooth tone. The mahogany back and sides I find give less overtones that you rosewood and walnut Lowdens have and it makes a really nice little strummer and picker. The short scale and neck is really comfortable and I could sit playing this for hours.

Very nice. Looks like a fun guitar to play.

Congrats. I played one a few years back that was cedar/African Blackwood. Beautiful tone but very neck heavy. Definitely fun to play.

That's lovely, congratulations.
I thought long and hard about the Wee but eventually went with an S35M. |
