Sitar fun
I picked up a Sitar recently and I'm having some fun with it. I'm running into some difficulties miking it though. Please drop by my other thread to discuss that, if you like. Meanwhile, anyone else have experience with a Sitar?

I have no experience with the sitar other than having been fascinated by them for years. I would love to pick it up one day. Where did you purchase/obtain yours?

Bought one for $29 back in 1970, still have it - couldn't get used to the tree-trunk neck and pumpkin body, probably wind up buying a new Dano if I ever need that sound...
