I tried playing it thru the Rosette amp,...sounded great as expected.

I've got nothing bad to say about this guitar. It's nice....very nice.

I'm off to go buy a strap for it....it's a keeper.

Can you just pack it back up and address it to me?!?!?
Enjoy! I hope you find a nice strap to go on such a beauty.

Not surprised; for most people I've known who've never played a new Korean-made Gretsch E-matic it's a near-transcendental experience when they do - and I've yet to find any other current electric, regardless of make, that beats the price/performance/quality ratio...

Never had the pleasure of playing the 12-string version, but FWIW many a "George" in local Beatles tribute bands plays the 6-string version (which I have played), and it's a worthy stand-in for the $3K '62 Country Gent...

Use it well, often, and LOUD - and you might consider changing your AGF name to "Gretsch Guru"...

Sweet Gretsch! I'm going to have to try one out at the guitar store (none locally though).

The hunt is over, if you're ready to move on it soon - seems very few people have them/can keep them in stock:
