Default Schecter Guitars

Does anyone on here own a Schecter guitar? I have really become a fan of their guitars and have been quite impressed by their excellent quality. Here is my Schecter Corsair semi-hollow:

I have owned a Schecter C-1 Classic since about 2007, and it is a great guitar. Admittedly, I am not so much into some of their modern showy metal guitars as influenced by Synester Gates and stuff, but their more normal stuff is beautiful and quality. At many times since 2007, it has been my only electric guitar, and I have been happy.

I too have a C1-Classic with the vine inlay that I bought back in 2005. I also have a C1-Plus that I got in that time period that I upgraded with EMG 81/85s. I gigged both those guitars in a metal band back in those years. I still have both and they're keepers.

Schecter makes great guitars. Same quality at the same price point as the PRS SE models.

I bought something called an Omen Extreme during the lockdown as a cheap backup. Musician's Friend had it at an "almost too good to be true" price. I must say that I was completely blown away by the fact you could get something of such quality for so little. I kinda expected sub-par PUPs that would have to be replaced. Nope! This guitar would have been a good deal for full MSRP, at the sale price I wish I would have bought a backup for the backup.

They are amazing instruments, best value for money going imho, picked up a C-1 FR-S SLS elite antique burst recently, couldn’t be happier, $1300 for a $3000 guitar... stainless frets, neck through, amazing action, swamp ash so it’s ultra light, fishman fluance pups, sustains for decades, can’t beat it... have two of them and will have more in the future for sure...
