2005 AVALON L25

Built in same factory by same luthiers who built Lowden guitars prior to the split. George Lowden left and those who remained rebranded themselves as "Avalon".
Almost identical in size shape, appearance with a minor cosmetic difference of strings through the bridge (Lowden), or bridge pins (Avalon).

Tone, as with most quality Irish guitars is superb! Rich with mids, singing trebs, and full bass, resonant, rich and crisp all at the same time.
Cedar Top; EIR b/s; Mahogany 1 piece neck; Ebony fingerboard Abalone rosette; MOP "A" logo; Pear bindings; 25.5" scale, 1-3/4" Bone nut; 2-5/16ths, Bone split saddle; K&K "mini" installed; Hiscox 'Liteflite' case (torn fabric on the underside of the compartment handle).
