Cool! Great to hear.

I don't have Sirius, but I'm glad to hear people today still appreciate this wonderful art form!

They'll *truly* be successful once the world learns to spell Harman Kardon properly (not "Harmon Kardon") the way people in this thread do.

It’s one of those name pairs you have to be careful not to accidentally “Spoonerise” .

We have that same H-K bluetooth speaker, and I am fairly certain one / both of our cars has H-K speakers. Also, I still have my 25yo H-K receiver in my garage, which powers the music for our Christmas lights (yes, we have one of those Griswold houses!).

I still have a 1960 Topps Harmon Killebrew baseball card, along with a few other players from that year.

Thought I'd post a couple of pics of my Harman Kardon Citation II amp. I'm pretty sure it was made in 1961. I bought it fully restored last year
from audioclassics.com, an audio dealer in upstate NY that specializes in McIntosh stuff and vintage audio. It weighs about 70 lbs with almost all the weight in the back by the transformers. And boy does it get hot.

When I want to really listen to acoustic music through my stereo I listen through this.

Being a tube amp guy myself, I'm really nerding out on your Citation amp pics, thanks for posting !
- that's a sweetheart right there, the equipment HK made their reputation on, and lived off that reputation long after.
It'll help heat the house too !

Gorgeous!. I've got an HK 930 receiver providing the sound in my shop, sounds amazing. Each channel has its own jumbo sized transformer, although not as huge as those high voltage beauties powering up those tubes. Great products!

Nobody, that's what I said.

Everybody else in the world, however, seems to spell it wrong.

I was praising the posters here for spelling it right. Look where the ) is in my post.

I guess I wasn't clear. Sorry about that.

I have wondered. I loved him in Blazing Saddles and on the Carol Burnett Show...
