I wear a Citizen Eco Drive with a black NATO band. Simple, accurate, and nice looking to my eye.

As I don't like jewelry on my wrists/hands, I'll usually wear a pocket watch to special occasions.

My favorite is an Illinois Bunn Special. It looks something like this:

I make rings, bracelets and etc but rarely wear any, just don't like the feeling. Then I did catch my wedding ring and nearly tore my finger off. I do carry a Wyler pocket on special occasions. My wife gifted me the Wyler when we got married.

My Mother bought me this Timex when I was 10, I turn 62 in March.

A Tissot.

A Tag.

And a simple Pulsar I wear when traveling - easy to read, waterproof and not expensive.

Stainless steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust.

Bought it New in 1983 to celebrate my first year as a teacher.Always on my wrist. After my bike crash in 2013, it cost $775 to have it repaired. My medical bills were substantially higher.

I've worn Seiko watches for over 40 years..

I've had this one, titanium body and band for at least the last 15...

Looks good, lightweight, and does everything I need a watch to do...

Apparently the Apple watch does have a chromatic tuner.

It's great to see watches like that with family history.

I've been looking into buying an American railroad watch for a while. The history of them is very interesting, and there are some lovely movements and dials out there.

I used to wear a fairly expensive watch. I don't remember the brand. Too long ago. But when it broke, and eventually they all break, I could not find a single qualified watch repair man. I took it to several people in different cities who claimed they were watch repairmen, but either they failed to fix it, or actually made it worse. So I figured, enough is enough. A watch should be functional and reliable. After just so many attempts to get it fixed, I realized it was a lost cause and threw it away in disgust Went out and got a $50 Timex that lasted 10 years, then threw it way with no expectations of getting it fixed when it broke. Got another $50 Timex that is now 7-8 years old. When it dies I'll throw it away. I've gotten to love Timex. "They take a lickin' and keep on tickin'" and when they die you throw them away. In between they reliably report the time.

Most recently, l stopped wearing a watch almost entirely. I figured I'm retired, I don't need to know the time. Not paying attention to time is one of my luxuries and vanities of being retired.

Haven't worn a watch since I got a cell phone.

With dress up being the exception.
