Taylor NS54 or NS52
I've been playing modern steel-string classical pieces lately and seriously bitten by the nylon crossover bug.
Been doing research since these can't be test-driven in stores anymore. Heck, I can't find the current 500 variants in a store to test drive. So, I think my research steered me to one of these two models. I would prefer no electronics but it's not a deal breaker. This is not a main guitar for me so one with imperfections is totally fine. Had my eye on a NS74 with some finish issues for $800 so something comparable to that would be great. For a good one, I'd prefer to stay under $1000. $1200 is sort of my stretch budget for this one.

Two potential offers received. Looking forward to pics of an NS52 (front-runner) that are coming. Also got an offer on an NS74 as a second choice.
Still entertaining any and all that are out there.....

Still looking for one (chris if you're around, let me know if you decide to let yours go )
I had a line on a few but one had a crack and another was way over-priced and another was only sold locally. So, if anyone stumbles across an NS52, pls let me know
