NGD, Epiphone Hummingbird Pro Cutaway a/e ebony
I decided to bite the bullet on something I had scene last fall, and that was a Zzounds cutaway version of the Epiphone Hummingbird pro with a cutaway and ebony finish. While not a huge fan of larger dreadnought guitars, something about the cutaway does not make it seem bulky, which is my big bone of contention with the larger guitars. Pretty good set-up out of the box, but will take it to my usual place for a restring and set-up.
Not sure if I want to use the Martin light retros like what I have on my Epiphone Olympic archtop or not - anyone ever use those on an Epiphone Hummingbird? Will supply a picture later on but thought that I would share my new guitar day. Here is a link to the page on Zzzounds. They do offer it in a faded cherry as well FYI - just wanted it in black as it reminded me of the color of the finish of my first guitar. https://www.zzounds.com/item--EPIEEHC |

Very nice.
I’ve played the Epi Doves before. I prefer them over the Epi Hummingbirds.
