Ted, can you find out if the burst will be a regular offering and if there is an upcharge? Thanks!

Wow that doesn't even look like a composite guitar. Now I have gas, luckily I don't have the money to go out and buy one!

I find that this photo is likely not very representative of the actual burst on the body because the gloss is really reflecting the color of the nearby yellow clothes. The burst on the headstock appears more accurate. Not that the body burst won't look good, but I wonder if it would actually look better with more of a yellow/gold burst? Better pics are needed to know.

A-ha! I just visited the same thread at the MacNichol's and saw the straight-on pic of the body, and the burst really is nice with a yellow/gold hue. Unfortunately, this pic above doesn't do it justice at all.

This first Tobacco Burst is a H-WS1000N2 and is available at Bluedog Guitars soon! There's a small up-charge for the burst.

You can get the burst in any Rainsong except the Studio Series and Black Ice, Lisa! We're taking orders for them now with delivery in 6-8 weeks. The burst up-charge is $75.

I'm not usually a burst kind of guy. However, that looks really nice. And $75 for the burst is extremely reasonable. If I were ordering a new Rainsong, I would give this serious consideration.

Is the back of the neck also painted, . . . or is it the standard black with carbon weave visible?
