Default NFL Playoffs - Divisional Round

Round two of the NFL Playoffs:
  • Seattle at Atlanta
  • Houston at New England
  • Pittsburgh at Kansas City
  • Green Bay at Dallas

What's the upset of the week?

As I Giants fan I can testify that Green Bay is on fire. Prescott has been great but he is still a rookie.......

No upsets....both NFC are in domes, both AFC are outdoors! If anything upset minded happens, the weather will be the factor

I'm a bit concerned with the Pack playing on artificial turf. I don't have any statistics handy, but I think they do not play well on it. I'm thinking also, that the Dallas receivers will have more an advantage on artificial turf, and being that the Packers secondary is weak, that could play an advantage for Dallas,

The Pats favored by 15. That's a lot. Although I'd take the spread. Anybody ever recall a spread that high for a divisional round ?

You wait all year for four good match-ups like these.

Vikings in 98' were favored by about 18 or 19. It's been worse in later rounds. The Colts over Namath's Jets was also about 20 points I think.

I'm a Packer fan so I'm going to pass comment on that game, what happens happens and I still have to go to work on Monday, lol.

I'm really interested in watching the Steelers/Chiefs and Falcons/Seahawks games, probably the best games of the year.

New England is going to beat up Houston. If Houston wins it'll be bigger than the Jets beating the Colts back in SB 3 (yeah I watched that one, great game).

I not only watched that one, I attended the rematch. Did you know they played one? The two teams with the original players played a flag football rematch in 1984 in Memorial Stadium in Baltimore. The Jets won that one too!

There's only one candidate for an upset, and that would be Houston. I don't see it as an upset regardless of which teams win in the other 3 rounds. Some might say if Dallas loses that would be an upset. But their history the past 20 years in the playoffs, and the fact they are so reliant on a pair of rookies makes them alot more Hat than Cattle at the moment.

I guess I'm going with two upsets: Green Bay over Dallas and Pittsburgh over Kansas City. Picking New England over Houston and I don't know about the fourth game.

That was quite the 99 yard drive by Atlanta.
