Seriously: who does stuff like that?
Reminds me of a bumper sticker I saw once. AAA used to give out these silvery foil bumper stickers. They would send you a sheet of die-cut stickers of different sizes. The idea is you peel a big one off and put it on your bumper and maybe a small one for your side window.  I saw some little old lady. she stuck the whole thing to her car- some stickers were sideways and the whole panel was on there. She peeled the back off the sheet and stuck it to her car.
