Rondo Music sells a line of their SX and Agile guitars, which are actually pretty nice, with 1.75" nut widths. Just go to their site and in the search field, type wide.

Check out the Fret King Johnny Etheridge model....I have one and LOVE it for fingerstyle playing - she has a 1-3/4" nut...
