Easy, we machine the fingerboard of at an angle, this leaves a wedge shaped shim the full length of the neck, the remaining left over wood becomes a base for the new fingerboard and sets the correct angle, the other version is we remove the fingerboard glue a sacrificial piece of wood onto the neck and machine it to the correct angle and refit the fingerboard

That's an interesting approach, but why that way instead of resetting the neck?

Spanish heels, which cannot be removed without cutting them, you leave them intact and work around them.
