Smile NGD

I haven't bought a guitar in ten years. I haven't needed one but I have developed bad scoliosis, so my dread cuts in to my rib and is painful to play. I had a buddy drive me up to the nearest GC, they have a deal running thru today on a Recording King parlor guitar, just the cherry sunburst model, 99 bucks, price one half the normal price, did not expect them to have one. Solid spruce top , with real bone saddle and nut, great set up. Felt so easy to play, picked up a road runner gig bag for 59 bucks, fits like a glove.

no cell phone, here is ad from GC

Nice, congrats! I like the burst better than the usual black.

Can't go wrong for $99. If it doesn't work out you can always do the John Belushi/Animal House thing.

Congratulations on the NGD! I went with an OM when my dread started bothering my shoulder. Glad you found something that works for you!
