2014 Yamaha LL16R-12 L Series A.R.E. **Price Drop**

Yamaha LL16R-12 L Series A.R.E. 12-String Solid Rosewood/Spruce Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar Purchased new from Guitar Center 7/21/2014 this model was the among the introductory models featuring A.R.E. technology which is simply Yamaha's approach to tonewood torrefaction. This has been a truly amazing guitar but the fact of the matter is that I do not play it enough to justify having it in my line up, so I’m going to set it out into the wild where it will be put to use. When I bought it I compared it head to head with 12 strings costing as much as $2,000 and this was the top dog in my mind both in play-ability in sound preference for me. was $750, NOW! $600 (o.b.o.) for the guitar with hard case and a new set of strings. Immaculate condition. This guitar is no longer in Yamaha's current production but the model it has been replaced with and is very similar to it would be the LL16-12 ARE which has an MSRP of $1,420. I'm not overly motivated to ship the guitar but if a buyer is willing to pay for shipping costs I would ship it. I would work with the buyer to attempt to get the cost for shipping in accordance with their preferences. The strings I can put on it if you'd like and I may be the time this sells just to demo it with a fresh set on it.

I'm reposting this guitar which I sold a little over a week ago and refunded today. Absolutely nothing wrong with the guitar. She's just a beautiful as the day she came out of the box if not more so.
The buyer was a music minister at a church in a town not far away and due to an elbow injury he has issues with some neck profiles and simply can't play this neck without it causing him pain. This is a bit ironic as I have severe arthritis that I have deal with in my left and right shoulder which at one point prevented me from playing guitars completely but I can play this guitar for hours without issue, so it is an individual issue and not one that is the fault of the instrument. Regardless, because this was no fault of the pastors, I agreed to refund his purchase and take the guitar back. So I am putting it back up for sale again. I prefer a local sale but will ship if buyer covers the cost.

Yamaha 12 String ARE 12 string
What is the finish on the guitar,,,, sunburst, natural, black etc. ?
Does the guitar have the zero impact pick up system? Thanks John
