Default "Iv got gnomes Iv got gnomes", popular song

There is this pop song playing now she keeps saying "Iv got gnomes Iv got gnomes". Its kinda trashy but I was thinking of incorporating it into an acoustic cover. Its so rhythm driven Im not sure it would work. Any thoughts? Do people enjoy taking one type of music and making it acoustic?

Surely that's always been the way with acoustic guitar...always a popular instrument but the repertoire has always been narrow...so you are always looking to expand by bringing in music from other areas.
