Default Judas Priest/Whitesnake tour

Hopefully this is the right forum to post this in.

Just got my tickets for Judas Prist/Whitesnake show in Cincinnati July 21.
I've seen Priest many many times, but never Whitesnake, plus they are bringing Anvil to that show as well. Can't wait...

Any other Priest/Whitesnake fans in the house?

I liked their stuff I would say up to mid 80s, so maybe Screaming For Vengeance and prior.... I think British Steel was about their best, though really loved the classics.. .Sinner, Ripper, Victim of Changes, He11 Bent for Leather...

Saw em probably 4 times in that period, but just don't htink I am up for that now. Is David Coverdale still with WS?

I'm a fan of both JP and Whitesnake - is Vai playing Whitesnake? That would be cool.

wow, now there's a blast from the past.

My old band used to do Beyond the Realms of Death and Green Manalishi from Stained Class and Sinner from Sin after Sin.

Never saw them live back in the day, but wished I would have.
Also had a "thing" for early Scorpions!!

My how things have changed with age

Coverdale is pretty much only original member of Whitesnake. Doug Aldrich (Dio) and Reb Beach (Dokken) are guitar players. New Whitesnake is pretty smoking. Heavier and more pissed off then ever before.
Never like Steve Vai in anything other then Vai. Man couldn't write metal riff if his life depended on it.

Priest will play whole British Steel in chronological order plus some classics.

Here's something a little more appropriate for the AGF.
