Default ****2006 Goodall TMhD - SOLD LOCALLY****

Bought a Goodall 000 and this dread, prefer the 000 size, so selling this beauty to someone.

Up for grabs is an amazing Goodall TMhD...a veritable cannon you might say! This one features Adirondack red spruce top with some beautiful figuring to it. Back and sides boast a nice set of mahogany, providing the classic D-18 tone in spades. This particular guitar is versatile in that it any way you play it, it gives back more than you would expect. Whether sitting in a bluegrass jam, delicately playing fingerstyle, or playing your favorite rag...this guitar really does it all extremely well. Perhaps it is the seasoned wood that has opened up or the exquisite craftsmanship, but this is a really special guitar.

Overall, the guitar is in fantastic condition, with several indentations that do not penetrate the finish...maybe they should be called dimples. There are 3 on the top and 1 on the back of the neck and 1 on the back of the guitar, all displayed in the pics. There is some minor fretwear on the cowboy chords, but no buzzing and action is spot on. No structural issues or repairs, just a solid Goodall with many many more years of music inside.

1 3/4" Nut Width
2 1/4" String Spacing @ saddle
25.5" Scale Length
Original Goodall branded case
Standard specs which can be found on Goodall's website.

Guitar will be professionally packed and fully insured, please ask questions!

Sweet price for a Goodall.

Goodalls are in a different class of guitars.

Default It's a Goodall!!

Why does this guitar appeal to me even though a hog dread is the last thing I need. Maybe it's because it's a fabulous Goodall at a great price. You can't go wrong with a Goodall & Warren's a great guy to deal with. What a beauty this guitar is!

Thanks Neil...it’s a fantastic guitar. As mentioned to you, the reason for keeping the ooo is I prefer the chunkier neck profile. This dread has a bit of a slimmer neck profile compared to the ooo. However, it has the overtones and reverby tone you’d hope for in a Goodall...did I mention sustain. Really folks...an absolute stunner here.

Surely I can’t be the only one on the forum here who thinks this is a stupid good deal...
