No I don't.

Not everyone knows about the different radius pads or that the 12 strings require the XL pads that don't come with it. What's wrong with making sure they know that before deciding the capo isn't working?

My guitars are probably worth the Thalia price, I just can't justify it with my own lack of responsibility.
Why not just put it behind the nut?

That's what I do but I do have one guitar that has a volute so it doesn't work for that.

That pesky annoying visual part that no longer hold value. (At least on Martin).

I ordered one of the b stocks, so I'm excited to see how it goes compared to the g7. Also ordered some picks for fun.

I totally agree.

I have three b stocks and two regular ones and I can't tell the difference. I have no idea why they are classified as b stocks.

Just make sure your insert is matched to your radius. They have a chart on their website if your not sure. The big advantage for me is that it's extremely quick to move up and down the neck. However, switching between guitars is a bit clunky-- I solved it by getting one for each guitar.

As you can see from this thread, they aren't for everyone but I sure do love mine. Good luck and let us know what your verdict is.

If the prices are what is stopping people from buying - they do have sales that happen several times a year. They also sell what they call "b stock" at lower prices as well - though as has been mentioned their "B stock" is hard to distinguish from their first quality stock.

So I finally got to mess around with the Thalia.

I have a Martin DX1, and so I put on the recommended 16 pad.

All I can say is wow. It looks killer and I have never had a capo that does so well.

It is annoying to put on initially, but amazing to move once on. I'm exited to try the cut capo part I bought.

Love being able to put it in the middle of the fret to free up the area of fretting. And looks awesome to boot.

They are a beautiful highly functional piece of equipment.
