Default Tab symbol. Open string hammer on?

Every so often I come across this type of note combination:

.....2h0....

One can't hammer on to an open string (0). Is it a 'mild' pull off from the second fret? A quick lifting of the finger with no pull off?

Thanks

Seems like a mis-typed pull-off at first glance.

To know for sure, why don't you compare the tab with the actual recording?

... or look at the standard notation to determine what the notes are and figure out if it is a hammer or a pull.

thanks

The tab is from an traditional Spanish concerto piece. I'll assume it's an error. Every so often something wierd pops up it tab

As one gets 'old', there's a lot more 'stuff' to sift through in the grey matter. I thought I might been 'missing something'.

Probably a misprint however what was the note just prior?

I'm guessing that tab which is written as "2h0" was done so in a text file without the corresponding standard notation

I am also confused by this symbol...i have searched plenty of Tab symbols to see if i can find out what it means...because i use tab often and an open string in brackets can occasionally be shown but i have been unable to find
an adequate explination of what to do..as like you i had considered hammer ons and pull offs...so i am interested to know if a solution is found

Thanks
