Electric guitar poll
To go with the current electric guitar thread.
Sorry, I realised I missed a poll option and don't know how to edit polls. Last edited by Jimmy Recard; 08-04-2017 at 03:27 AM. |

Much more proficient on an acoustic but enjoy them about the same - I chose option #2.

Sometimes I feel like a nut, sometimes I don't.
I take #2

I've never owned an electric, and while I've thought about it before I've never been sufficiently motivated to take action to move in that direction. While I certainly appreciate talented electric playing, my interests have always tended differently.

I've gone through periods of playing mostly one or the other. I feel like they are different instruments with a like user interface, like the difference between piano and organ.
I choose 2 like most folks here, because it may well even out over a lifetime. I play more electric currently because I can play it silently.

I chose both but it really depends. I went a few years where I was 90% acoustic but the past few months I've been 90% electric. It's great because everything is fresh and new.

I really love both, even if my Martin gets most of my attention these days.

I sorta like electric guitars.
I own 39 electrics and 10 steel string acoustics.

There was no option for, "I like both but play mainly acoustic...", so I checked both...
