Well, this 000-30A had a special situation behind it.

Meanwhile, I haven’t publicly listed the S. Kinnaird OM42 yet. I have a couple of local folks here with keen interest.

Lovely guitar......GLWS! Haven't seen that purfling (which I love) since the Pat Donahue DB model some years ago.

The ornamentation is quite unique. Only two other guitars had this before this series run both from 1919.

Smile If Alan says it is SPECIAL...

If Alan says this is SPECIAL you can be assured it is a monster!

No way I can go to this wide Nut either with my beat up old small hands... sorry it must go! I feel your (hand) pain.

Best on the sale of this beauty!!!

Cheers

What a looker! I somehow have always been enamored with pyramid bridges.

Alan is a top-shelf guy and a true gentleman. Deal with confidence!

I played this Martin at Willies in Minnesota and was truly amazed. The wide neck even felt comfortable due to the shape (to me it seemed like a wide version of a Taylor neck). It was light, had excellent note separation, was among the best sounding guitars I've ever played. I did not have the $7k plus to take it home. It is an incredible guitar. Best on your sale. Considering the attention to detail to build this guitar, someone is going to be very happy!

Have you considered installing a nut with narrower string spacing? I do that for my wife's guitars as she has very small hands.

People are different, but many do not notice the width of the fingerboard, but only the spacing of the strings.
