Intro - New Member
Hey all,
I can't see many intro posts, but I figured I'd say hi as a new member. I'm 44, and have been playing since I was a kid learning classical guitar. I went down the 80's / 90's "cooler"  rock route from about age 15 and pretty much played solid- body electrics ever since, with the exception of a few random acoustic gigs.I did have a long musical hiatus at one stage, but 2006 saw the start of my G.A.S and quite an excessive solid body collection. Anyways, the past month has seen me strongly drawn back to my acoustic roots after stumbling across a few cool youtube vids, and I gotta say I'm hooked. My original 35+ yr old Daion classical has come out of storage. My old Yamaha APX 4A traveller has had a detail and restring .... and this week has seen me land Ibanez's flagship acoustic AE-900 NT, an Alhambra Crossover CS-3, and a Yamaha NCX-900R. The fingers are getting a real workout  I'll no doubt be reading endless NGD threads, drooling at your equipment, and reading plenty of cool and informative posts, so thanks for having me
