2003 Larrivee OM-05E w/ohsc - SOLD - SOLD - SOLD
Very nice sounding and playing Larrivee Mahogany OM. Priced low because of a couple minor issues.
Sitka top, Mahogany back and sides - B-band electronics with AST and UST. 1 3/4 nut - 2 3/16 saddle, standard scale. When you pull this out of the case, you'll think it's new....only after some close inspection you'll notice these items: The original tuners were switched out for Grovers leaving extra screw holes There is a repair along the binding on the lower treble bout - quite insignificant, but it's there. it's about 2 1/2 inches long. The previous owner said he never even noticed it (maybe  ) The finish is slightly raised along the area and the wood is very slightly discolored.Other than that, there are a few shallow dings in the top, one small one on the back of the neck, and a couple on the sides. Only one slightly breaks the finish (pictured) and none are more than 2-3mm. The finish is great - hardly any marks even on the pickguard. Nice setup and electronics work great (although you'll need a new battery - the old one is dead and I'm going to pull it for shipping. There is no fret wear. Case is in about 8/10 condition - most of the imperfections are on the back side along the edges. Top is actually pretty clean. All in all a great little guitar priced right. I've buffed out the entire body, cleaned and conditioned the fingerboard and bridge, tweaked the setup and put a fresh set of D'addario EJ16's on. I had some time this afternoon and very carefully completed the bridge pin crack repair......one pic is with no tension (obviously) and the other is at full tension - the chances of you ever seeing it again are pretty slim

Good luck with the sale. This one should go rather quickly... Larrivees are phenomenal values, and the OMs are especially comfortable and articulate.

My Larrivee OM-05 changed my imagination for what a guitar could sound like. Several musician friends described it as the best guitar they'd ever heard. Honestly, it spoiled me. Guitars don't get any sweeter than this until you get into the realm of high end, handmade guitars. GLWS!
