We have been together for a week for a week now. Still in the courtship stage. It is, hands down, the most comfortable guitar I have ever held in my lap. I did some recording this afternoon on my ZOOM portable. Nothing worth saving or sharing (got to get over "red light" syndrome. But, the minimal overtones make it an very flattering guitar to record. But, again, no overtones to hide behind....

Sorry, but I do not know how old the wood stock is. I know that Max, who lives in Germany, travels to a Swiss sawmill to select his boards. But he is a young man (mid 20's I'd guess), so his woods are not likely vintage, unless they live long lives elsewhere.
