I have two of these. One black and one brown. They are my favorite.

I keep a strap on every electric I own (along with the same strap locks so I could change them if I had to), but I prefer Slick straps from guitarfetish (plain leather).

Right now they're $24.95 which is a pretty decent price for the quality.

http://www.levysleathers.com/shop/st...trap-mss3-brn/

I bought this year ago and use it with my Martin (using with a D'Alldarrio quick release headstock string) and it works well with the new bass guitar too.

To be honest, the one that got the most use when i gigged was the ubiquitous Fender logo strap that came with my Strat.

Called the Fillmore. It's $99 but first time buyers get a 15% discount.

I have two of these (cognac and black), and they are very well made and soft. I think I paid around $65 fr them (2 years ago). I called when I ordered the second one, and they gave me a better price over the phone than through the we site (but that may be due to my abundant charm ).

I have a few really nice straps. I think my best strap is a padded one from Franklin. https://www.amazon.com/Franklin-Stra...r%2Bstrap&th=1

I also have the non padded version, similar to the one Ed-in-Ohio posted. I think the one Ed likes is a better value. $35-10% for AGF members.

I also like Walker and Williams straps. If you aren't really fussy about top-of-the-line leather quality on the outside they have incredible bargains at $29. The padding is as nice as some straps costing much more. I got this one and I like it a lot. It took awhile to break in, but for the money it's really nice.

Another vote here for Sully's Straps!

https://sullysstraps.com/vintage-str...-banjo-straps/

I have two of his vintage straps. Both are getting old but nowhere near close to wearing out.

Both of mine are similar to this one.

Default Walker & Williams

I learn so much from this forum. I purchased a W&W F-06. Very nice strap. Thanks for starting this thread OP!
