Not bad. There are a couple of things that could use improvement. First, the guitar sounds slightly out of tune. I suspect that you are using a capo. If so, always check your tuning with the capo on because one or more strings can get pulled sharp when applying the capo. The second improvement opportunity is the vocal. It is a little off-key during some lines. Again, practice should help resolve that issue as long as the guitar is in tune...otherwise, it may be difficult to hear your pitch in tune against the guitar. (I hope that makes sense).
