Thanks Tom.

I was searching, and this one came up with the ones I was looking at so I thought it would be a good start.

I have read a few posts reccomending those amps, I will call the local shops, I know I havn't seen either of the amps you mentioned and the one you have, but I havn't been to all the shops, so will look around.

An Ultrasound amp, either the AG30 0r AG50DS4 would be far superior to either the Roland, Acoustasonic, Marshall. Paired with the K&K, it would be a sweet setup.

I wish I could try one out, but might go ahead and order. It seems this amp qualifies for a $35 instant coupon (havn't tried the code to see for sure).

Thanks again for advice. I was leaning towards the Marshall, but probably will go this route.

Default Also vocals..

One more question. I am heavily leaning on the Ultrasound now, but have not been able to find much on using it for vocals. I would assume it would be as good or better then many of the others, but just wanted to be sure.

I am not much of a singer, but I do enjoy to sing from time to time so wanted to know how the package worked for split duty.

Thanks again for all the info.

Billy

Tha AG 30 has only 1 channel I believe. I'm not an expert on this amp but I think you'd have to go up to the AG 50 for 2 channels. Larry is the US expert so hopefully he will chime in.

I use my DS2 for vocal and guitar. When I play at the coffee house I use it exclusively. For vocals it is great. My amp is an older one and the vocal channel is flat with no efx just bass and treble controls. That is fine with me as it works excellent. However, the newer models (DS3 and DS4) have efx for both channels for those who like to have sone reverb on their vocal side.

Either way, I fell that ULtrasound amps are great for gigging.
